Heat Pump Crystallizer

The heat pump low temperature vacuum crystallizer uses electric as energy without any steam and cooling water needed. Low temperature evaporation occurs at 35℃ under the limit negative pressure. The scraper continuously stirs the tank wall to prevent the crystals from adhering to the wall. Finally, the wastewater is treated into dry solid crystals and automatically discharged to obtain clear distillate. The machine is totally electricity powered. Compressor adopts Germany Bitzer and Denmark Danfoss. Greenlan heat pump crystallizer is widely used in industrial wastewater ZLD solution. It can maximize the treatment of industrial wastewater and leave small amount of solid or semi-solid waste.

Industrial Wasterwater Drying Evaporation Crystallization System

The drying crystallization system is used in industrial wastewater zero discharge. It evaporates water in a special designed vacuum condition. Water is evaporated and dry crystallization is left. The water can be reused to production line. It is a true sense of zero liquid discharge.
