Using steam as energy to evaporate wastewater under negative pressure at 35 ℃ low temperature. The inside scraper scraps tank wall and mixes wastewater to prevent crystal condensation in tank wall. This increases the evaporation efficiency and eventually get solid crystal with moisture 10% or less and finally obtain the cleardistilled water.

Use electric as energy without any steam and cooling water needed. Low temperature evapora-tion occurs at 35℃ under the limit negative pressure.
